A petition to relocate an abandoned cemetery in Texas City as a part of a cleanup effort of a nearby waste disposal site has been filed with the 56th District Court of Galveston County.
Malone Services Company operated at 5300 Campbell Bayou Road from 1964 until 1997 as a reclamation, storage and disposal facility for oils, chemicals, and other hazardous wastes from industrial outfits in the area.
