As Shelby County continues plans to digitize decades of county documents, the most recent step in that direction came last month when Shelby County Commissioners considered a draft resolution that would permit the the county to seek proposals for the job.Superior Court II Judge David Riggins, working with an ad hoc committee, has been tackling the storage project since being appointed as judge by Gov. Mitch Daniels in 2011.
