As a previous King of England, I personally believe that Richard III should be buried in St Georges Chapel at Windsor Castle.
His brother Edward IV is buried there. There is of course the question of Richard's involvement in the murder of Edward's sons Edward V and Richard, Duke of York and I suspect this is the reason that Richard III will be buried in less controversial Leicester Cathedral. It is of course close to the site of the Battle of Bosworth Field where Richard died.
