Israel's State Archives Close Again, This Time Due To Collapsed Staircase
The State Archives have closed for the third time in recent months. This time, the closure is due to the collapse of a staircase in the entrance of the archives building. Haaretz has learned that a booked guided tour due to take place later this week has been canceled as a result.On Sunday morning the archives said: "The staircase in the entrance of the building collapsed, probably due to construction work in an area adjacent to the archives."
