New South Wales - Civil War Treasures Emerge from Depths
The State Library of New South Wales has found volumes of maps and plans of the American Civil War as it searches its seven levels of underground archives for rare material to add to its digital collection.The three large volumes date from the 1890s and include immensely detailed maps of major battles plus comprehensive guides to four years of bloody campaigns.
