Sixty Trained in Document Preservation at National Library and Archives of Bhutan
Sixty participants learnt how to preserve books, manuscripts, scriptures, and other written documents, preserved in dzongs, lhakhangs, and goendays, in a five-day workshop in Paro this week, organised by the national library and archives of Bhutan.“Participants were trained on how to preserve documents of national importance found in their institution or place of residence,” the national library’s chief archivist, Kunzang Delek, said.
