Santa Clara County - South Bay Medical Center Gets Permission To Move Recently Found Graves
A judge has given Santa Clara County permission to remove around 100 bodies from a forgotten cemetery discovered during construction at Santa Clara Valley Medical Center, county officials said Friday.The graveyard, which was discovered in February by a construction worker doing grading work behind the main hospital, is estimated to contain as many as 1,445 graves, according to hospital officials.
