Guyana National Archives Constantly Upgraded
The National Archives in Guyana is constantly upgrading the methods it uses to store historical artifacts. This is according to the Minister of Culture Dr. Frank Anthony, who said a number of training programs have been hosted throughout the year to ensure such improvements are sustained.The minister added that with these documents intact, researchers coming to Guyana can find and use such information without any hassle.He also announced that next year the culture ministry hopes to start audio and video archiving with the help of various agencies such as the national communications network.
