You should be in one of the following cases:

- You usually logged in to GeneaNet family trees with a 'Friend' or a 'Wizard' Access Rights
- You have given 'Friend' or 'Wizard' Access Rights to some persons so they can access your GeneaNet Online Family Tree
- You didn't give any 'Friend' or 'Wizard' Access Rights

You usually logged in to GeneaNet family trees with a 'Friend' or a 'Wizard' Access Rights

All the persons who had 'Friend' or 'Wizard' Access Rights must now have a free GeneaNet account.

Next time you will go to one of these family trees, you will be asked for updating your Access Rights:

Just enter your former 'Friend' or 'Wizard' username and password and it will be automatically updated to a 'Guest' or 'Admin' one:

If you had a 'Wizard' Access Rights, you will not be allowed to edit genealogy data in this family tree until your request has been accepted by the GeneaNet member (you will be given a default 'Guest' Access Rights).

You have given 'Friend' or 'Wizard' Access Rights to some persons so they can access your GeneaNet Online Family Tree

All the persons who had 'Friend' or 'Wizard' Access Rights must now have a free GeneaNet account.

Select the ‘Contacts’ item in the drop down menu at the top right of the screen:

Your Address Book looks like the following screenshot.

- Contact Information: you can edit some information and send a message to your Contacts.

- Statistics: program counts visits in the same day as one visit so you can easily see if your Contact is accessing your family tree every day of the week or not.

Click the 'Add a Person' button at the top right of the screen to invite people to be added to your Address Book and to be given 'Guest' and 'Admin' Access Rights to your Online Family Tree:

Enter the the name (or the GeneaNet username) and the email adress, then select the Access Rights to be given to every person you want to invite (address, expiry date, language, etc. are optional):

When a person is not found and when there are multiple GeneaNet accounts for the person, you will be asked to select the correct person to invite:

An email will be automatically sent to every invited person.

You didn't give any 'Friend' or 'Wizard' Access Rights

Go to your Address Book as seen above to invite people to be added to your Address Book and to be given 'Guest' and 'Admin' Access Rights to your Online Family Tree.
