Man Accused Of Stealing 142 Veteran Grave Markers
Police say they have arrested a man who has been stealing markers from the graves of veterans and selling them to scrap metal yards. Worcester police say Allan Long Jr., of North Grafton, stole 142 veteran bronze memorial grave markers and 76 brass rods.Investigators first learned of the scheme last week when several scrap metal yards told them a man was coming in to sell the brass markers for cash. Officers were able to trace one of the markers to a World War I veteran who died in 1954 and another to a woman who belonged to the American Legion and died in 1940.

Stealing from the dead is about the lowest you can go in life ! The junk yard that took the stuff for scrap should have (maybe did) turn this low life in ! There is one in NJ (Clover Leaf Cem.) that has had that problem for years ! First they took the brass vases...low life will do anything to get a few bucks... it's so low you wonder if there is anything lower ! What an upbringing these low life received from their family ! Family values..0 !
IT truly tells of how this country, i.e. individuals like this, that they have LOST all value for themselves. all respect for any thing, or any one is no longer taught by parents nor by the schools. Every thing has to be so P C or else.
There is no respect for the DEAD, those who have gone before us, and gave all that these LOW LIFE can live FREE to commit such miserable behavior.
The LOSS of religious teaching, either in the home, and or at school, which once was, and at the family level. It shows how lacking the education of young people by those who believe THEY KNOW WHAT IS BEST for this country and its children.
This obviously shows that THEY, the proverbial, "THEY" have not nor has ever had ANY CLUE.
When all morality is lost, there will be nothing but chaos and disorder. This is just the beginning. How low can this country fall. . . . . . . .
