Genealogical Mystery in Newport News Solved

Interesting how stories go. Similar story recently near Portland, OR.
A grave stone was found at the local Goodwill drop off.
The name on it, turned out to be to a twin who had died at age 17.
The missing stone had been missing a very long time.
Through again, some one who was kind and understanding, it has evenutally been returned to family and eventually to the cemetery where it had been removed for some unknown reason.
Perhaps a prank or ?
Believe the name was James RILEY or RAWLEY HAMMER.
There seems to be a couple data files on the web site, www.rootsweb.ancestry.com that has his name.
Again, it is odd how some stories seem to be so similar in content.
