Over 3,000 images of seals from the record series DL 25 and DL 26 are now available to search and download free of charge from DocumentsOnline.

The seals are taken from deeds accumulated by the Duchy of Lancaster and dating from the 12th to the 18th century. The vast majority are from the medieval period and are personal seals, though there are examples of monastic, ecclesiastical, official and local seals.
