GeneaNet Online Family Tree: New Advanced Options
Some new advanced options have been added to the Expert Online Family Tree (GeneWeb):
- Maintenance (reinitialize parameters)
- Calculate Relationship (consanguinity rate)
- Batch Image Upload
- Delete Online Family Tree
These options are not available to Basic Online Family Tree users.
Select the 'My GeneaNet : Online Family Tree : Update : Advanced Options' item in the left sidebar or simply go to http://my.geneanet.org/arbre/?view=options.
Maintenance
You can reinitialize the following parameters : Privacy Options & Access Rights (Friend, Wizard), Theme, Presentation & Browsing, History of Online Family Tree Updates & Visit Counter.
Calculate Relationship
The relationship of individuals (consanguinity rate) in your Online Family Tree is automatically calculated but you can manually run it if needed.
This option is reserved for Club Privilege members.
Batch Image Upload
You must use GeneWeb on a local computer to upload an image set. The file must be an archive of the "images" directory, in ZIP file format (.zip), and lower than 10 MB.
Delete Online Family Tree
Your can delete your Online Family Tree immediately and forever. Your GeneaNet account will not be deleted and you can create a new Online Family Tree at any time.
