I am working on the STANGL (STANGEL in North America) family tree.
The STANGLs started in Bohemia. All were expelled after WW2. One family, ANDREAS and MARY STANGL immigrated to the United States in 1882. They ended up in Minnesota.
Anyone else out there working on STANGLs or STANGELs?
