Hi Jean-Yves, do your Baxter’s come from Cumbria? I can trace my family back to John Baxter (1825-1885) of Kendal, Westmorland (Cumbria).
I purchased a Geno Graphic DNA kit from the National Geographic and my results confirm that I have a high percentage of Danish, Icelandic and Swedish ancestry in my DNA. https://genographic.nationalgeograp...

Hi Kris, I'm sorry that my Baxter's don't come from Cumbria. They all were from the South-East of England and most of them were from Suffolk.
Will they also test Norwegians for possible Scot lineage?
Many Scots left around 1700 some came to the US and other traveled to Norway.
