When I registered with GeneaNet about 2 weeks ago I did register for the Privileged Member. I payd 40 Euros and my account has been debited but when I check my profile I'm still not a Member.
I sent you guys an email to let you know but still haven't got any reply.
Can you tell me how I can get my money back!

I paid to become a "privileged member" in order to get rid of the banner ads. The banner ads went away. But now I'm plagued with pop-up ads you just added. For this I paid extra?
